2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dewa66 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect player security. You may be required to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

2.4 Prohibited Accounts

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in any other currency.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may vary based on your payment method and VIP tier. Deposits are typically processed within 5-10 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Deposits made outside of banking hours may take longer to process. dewa66 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own fees.

3.3 Deposit Ownership and Source of Funds

You warrant that:

• All funds deposited into your account are legally yours and obtained from legitimate sources.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using dewa66 for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.

We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your dewa66 Account, you must:

• Have completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your account details.
• Meet the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000.
• Have fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses or promotions.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary based on your VIP tier and payment method:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 1-24 hours depending on VIP tier.
• E-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 30 minutes to 6 hours.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing within 1-3 hours.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or due to verification requirements. First-time withdrawals typically require additional verification time.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier. Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets. dewa66 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn or withdrawn with minimal gaming activity may be declined, and we reserve the right to charge administrative fees on such withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms General

dewa66 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Only real money bets count toward wagering requirements; bonus money bets may have reduced or no contribution depending on the specific promotion.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers are governed by the specific rules of each game or betting market as published on the dewa66 platform. In the event of any dispute, the decision of dewa66 management is final. We reserve the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or close accounts in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply unless superseded by sport-specific rules:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, bets stand. If postponed longer, bets are void.
• If an event is abandoned before completion, settlement depends on sport-specific rules.
• We reserve the right to suspend betting or refuse bets on any market at our discretion.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Violation of prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened by request after a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
